Introducing what I felt when visiting the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art.
It is assumed that there are differences in the culture and background of each country.
The premise is that it is not a question of right or wrong.
I think that art, people and lifestyle are so close to each other.
Of course, the free admission is big.
Of course, I think there is a manner of appreciation, and I think there is an effort of the side of protecting art.
Even if you watch it at a reach distance of about 1cm, you will not be scolded, and there is nothing almost a few that blocks or surround with glass.
In japan depending on the exhibition event, we can only view it while paying a high entrance fee, moving and advancing in good manner.
There was also a work where you could touch the artwork. It's amazing.
It is leads to a richness that expands sensibility in life which cannot be converted into money.
I'm really deep emotion and deeply moved.
スコットランド国立近代美術館を訪れて感じたことを紹介します。
各国の文化や背景には違いがあると思われます。
正否を問う事ではないというのが、前提です。
美術と人と生活が、身近であるとつくづく思いました。
もちろん入館無料という点は大きいです。
当然、鑑賞する側のマナーはあると思いますし、美術品を守る側の努力もあると思います。
１cm近くで鑑賞しても咎められませんし、ガラスで塞がれたり囲んだりするものもほとんどありません。展示イベントによっては高い入場料を払って、マナー良く並んで進みながらしか鑑賞できない日本では考えられません。
美術品に触れることができる作品もありました。これは凄いことです。
生活の中でお金には換算できない、感性を膨らませる豊さに結び付くように思います。
本当に感慨深いです。
